Mo Davidson, CPT

Mo Davidson is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine and holds his bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Southern Connecticut State University. During college Mo received all-league honors as a member of Southern’s baseball team, and interned at Griffin hospital in the cardiac rehab department. He has experience personal training and teaching group exercise classes at multiple gyms in Boston, and also completed a mentorship program with internationally renowned strength coach Mike Boyle. Whether you are training for athletics or just want to get in better shape, Mo will commit to helping you reach your goals and live pain and injury free.

Patrick Smith, CSCS

Pat is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and holds his B.S. in exercise science from Elon University. As a member of Elon’s baseball team, Pat developed a passion for fitness during the team’s strength and conditioning sessions. He decided to major in exercise science, and senior year interned in the Wake Forest athletic department training ACC athletes under renowned strength coach Ethan Reeve. Following college, Pat worked as a personal trainer at popular gyms in New Haven and Boston before opening Lifted in the fall of 2012. He is experienced in working with all age groups, and has helped his clients reach a wide variety of fitness goals.

Jordan DaSilva, ATC, LAT

Jordan is a certified athletic trainer and holds her B.S. in athletic training from Bridgewater State University. She has completed Levels I and II of the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy, and is employed as an orthopedic medical assistant at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Working with high school and collegiate athletes in their prevention and recovery from injury since 2014, Jordan brings her rehab-oriented skill set into the fitness realm by tending to each person’s unique goals and health history. Jordan is currently finishing prerequisite courses to apply for her master’s degree in physician assistant studies.

Riley Mahoney, CPT, CFSC

Riley is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and holds a master’s degree in nutrition and human performance. She is also a Certified Functional Strength Coach through world-renowned Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning. After deciding to turn her passion for health and fitness into a career, Riley gained experience at small personal training studios in Boston before joining the Lifted team. Riley works 1-on-1 and with small groups to help her clients achieve their specific fitness goals and ultimately improve their quality of life.

Rob Schreiber, DPT, CSCS

Rob is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and holds his B.S. in health science with minors in biology and psychology from Quinnipiac University. He recently graduated from Quinnipiac’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program and is currently preparing for his licensure exam. Rob founded the Quinnipiac’s rock climbing club and also enjoys skiing, weightlifting, and kickboxing. Rob has clinical experience at three different orthopedic physical therapy clinics where he helped treat a large variety of patients and conditions. Whether you are getting back into the gym after time off, wanting to improve a specific lift, or improve your performance in your respective sport, Rob has the enthusiasm and tools to help you reach your goals.
