Movement Screening + Individualized Program

•Full-body movement screening to assess mobility, stability, strength, and balance performed at either our South Boston training facility or via Skype
•Comprehensive report outlining your performance on each test
•1-month exercise program designed to address YOUR needs based off results from the screening. This individualized program will prepare you for our monthly golf fitness program

Online Golf Fitness Program

•3 day/week progressive monthly program that includes exercise videos, instruction, reps, sets, and workout notes on a user-friendly app
•Access to a private Facebook group where we answer any questions you may have about the program, discuss the latest trends in golf fitness, offer nutritional insights, and connect with like-minded individuals
